Pix needs to work on her hiding skills!
It’s tough being out of the cage, having lots of space to roam and being Queen of the house. I think I can just about manage it though

Just had the final check up at the vets and my freedom was granted! Yippeee!!!
It’s a bit strange walking and I’m not as good at jumping as I was but I’m sure I’ll be fit and running about in no time

To stop Pixie from injuring herself further I’ve sewn little padded sides for her cage.
She seems ok today. Just munched all her breakfast and is asking for more!
Pixie is still on cage rest and has been limping for past couple of days so she had to go back to the vets. The leg that is causing her trouble is actually on the other side to where she was injured by the car The vet put her on the floor and her walking was terrible, I nearly cried. Her back leg just kept giving way.
The vet had a good feel and there doesn’t seem to be any breaks or bones in the wrong place but she thinks that Pixie may have had an arguement with the cage and dislocated her knee which had then gone back into place on it’s own. She is tender around her knee but the rest of her leg seems fine and her pelvis is great. She says that if she’s still limping next week they will x-ray her. She said I did the right thing giving her more pain meds and to keep that up and that hopefully the cage rest will sort it out.
I’m a bit worred about her hurting herself in her cage again so I’m going to put cardboard or somethign around the bottoms of the sides so her feet won’t go through the bars.

It’s been a tiring day for the members of the Window Watching Club. They are exhausted!
The human made a little catnip treat for Pixie to keep her amused in her cage

Yesterday I had my check up and the vet is really pleased with my progress. She also gave me new stuff to help me poop! I’m fed up with being stuck in this cage! I’m soooo bored. I get lots of hugs and nice foods but I want to run around and bop Arty and jump and chase birds and go for adventures.

Today is Pixie’s 3rd birthday!!
She didn’t have a fun start to the day. She had to go back to the vets as she’s got cystitis and constipation 
She had an injection and has stuff to go on her food to help move things along!
